Sexual Harassment policy @ Mediamax Entertainment

 

Mediamax Entertainment is committed to providing a work environment free of sexual harassment (a workplace harassment of sexual nature affecting the dignity of men and women at work). Mediamax Entertainment  policy of prevention of sexual harassment has been formed to prohibit, prevent and deter the commission of such sexual harassment at the workplace by providing a redressal mechanism for complaints’ pertaining to the same.

 

Sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature by any employee – whether taken place within or outside the company premises. The responsibility of the employee is to report or complain about such situation to the redressal committee with necessary details. This will enable a time investigation of the complaint by the investigator.

 

This process will provide a fair chance to both the parties to be heard objectively. Anyone found guilty by the investigation committee, would face appropriate and strict disciplinary action including termination of services. Mediamax Entertainment Films has constituted a committee to address issues related to sexual harassment at work. The committee consists of the following member to whom an employee may write to seek redressal.
